We currently cannot ship outside of the countries where our online shop is open. However, we are constantly expanding, and aim to reach even more countries in the future!

Returns

RIOCAMBRAND.COM ships worldwide using DHL Express delivery.
As required by international laws regulating commerce and trade of imports and exports, all shipments from RIOCAMBRAND.COM are accompanied by a receipt declaring the value of each single item and the exact total value of merchandise purchased in euro.
Please note that it is illegal to declare lower values or the items as gifts as per international import regulations.
Orders will be processed the next working day of the order’s placement, upon confirmation of their availability. RIOCAMBRAND.COM ships all orders from biza, Spain from monday through friday.
RIOCAMBRAND.COM processes orders the day after the order’s placement, or the next available working day.
Orders placed from friday to sunday will be processed the following monday.
RIOCAMBRAND.COM ships all over the world via DHL Express.
RIOCAMBRAND.COM cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to RIOCAMBRAND.COM control. unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and hour.

RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned only for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original conditions, neatly packed and with the tag still attached.
The returned items should have not been worn, washed or altered.
The shoes’ soles must be returned in perfect conditions and should not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with their original tag, wrapping and other accessories (dustbag and covers, etc.) received in the box.
Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging that should not be damaged or altered or used as the packing box for shipment.
In case of defective item, or incorrect item following a mistake attributed to RIOCAMBRAND.COM, customer is kindly asked to follow the same return instructions.
Also, customer is asked to attach detailed pictures proving the defect or the mistake.
In these cases, shipping costs and duty and tax fees will be at the expense of RIOCAMBRAND.COM
Returns will have to be packed in the same box sent by RIOCAMBRAND.COM and should have a copy of the receipt inside.
Shipping fees are charged to customer.
Any duty and import tax are at the customer’s expense.
Return authorized by RIOCAMBRAND.COM must be shipped from the same shipping country where RIOCAMBRAND.COM sent the parcel to.
Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by RIOCAMBRAND.COM in the email providing the return instructions.
RIOCAMBRAND.COM reserves the right not to accept returns if customer tenders the box to a different carrier and in case the delivery of the parcel entails extra costs for RIOCAMBRAND.COM or involves the collection to one of the carrier’s branches.
RIOCAMBRAND.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of RIOCAMBRAND.COM
In these cases, RIOCAMBRAND.COM will return the box to the sender at the original shipping address.
